K&S Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, office and strata properties. Our services are available throughout Sydney, Australia.

Bookings and Cancellations

  • Booking:
    Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or email. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • Rescheduling:
    Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Service Conditions

  • Access:
    Clients must provide safe and adequate access to the premises on the scheduled service day.

  • Environment:
    The working environment should be safe and free from any hazardous materials.

  • Pets:
    If pets are present, they should be secured in a safe area away from the cleaning site.

Liability

  • Damage and Loss:
    While we take great care in our work, K&S Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or loss of items that are not properly secured. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  • Insurance:

  • We carry public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused by our staff during cleaning.
